USP: Other than range and service, smaller local suppliers are a big part of it - there are currently 15 local suppliers. We have a very good relationship them and some really excellent products. Perhaps the biggest evidence of the point of difference is that the store survives while being surrounded by the major multiples including Tesco and Sainbury's. The bottom line is the store has a good reputation with locals for service and reliability.
