Red Bull and MBR give them wings

The magnificent men and their (hopefully) flying machines came in out in force to try and make as much air as possible with their homemade contraptions in the Red Bull Flugtag, held at London's Hyde Park recently.
The competitor below (from the True Anglian team) was cool enough to have a quick flick through MBR before he set off on his daring maiden flight over the Serpentine. However the moral support gained from a read of the esteemed monthly wasn't enough to propel the team to victory - that went to the Glad Winners from Southampton, who managed 17.5 metres before going into the drink.
